October 3rd, 2011 marks the unveiling of SVM-1000, world’s first reference audio and video combination mixer by Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc. Professional Sound and Visual Division. It’s designed keeping in mind the elite class of DJs, VJs and clubs allowing them to enhance their audio\/video capabilities and treat their fans and patrons with an all encompassing sensory experience.<\/p>\n

The device also incorporates a 11 inch built-in LCD touch screen display, four channel audio video inputs, Still Image Sampler, symmetric channel layout and a large variety of video effects combinations. Audio mixing capabilities and features of this music gaga device are similar to Pioneer DJM-1000\/800 mixers, the industry standards, providing creative freedom to DJs and VJs to create and build synchronized visual effects to add to the appeal of their audio mix, resulting in a complete encounter with the entertainment. <\/p>\n

DJs and VJs have been working together for decades and have been producing extraordinary AV experiences. The two art forms are interlinked very closely. SVM-1000 has a very unique Multiple Video Blending Technology which allows to offer a mixer which has a 4-channel synchronized audio and video mixing. Users also have the option to generate performances according to their own individual preferences with the help of sound-only or visual-only control. The cross fader of SVM-1000 has the capabilities to provide various effects like Fade, Chroma-Key and Wipe, destroying all the boundaries to mixing, scratching and remixing possibilities at the assigned channel.<\/p>\n

b. Experience a new world of audio and video manipulation with AV Effect Function<\/p>

Synchronization of audio and video effects are enabled by an AV Effect section within the 11-inch LCD touch panel which is located at front centre for easy control. This function has the capabilities to create 30 patterns of effects on the audio and\/or visual side, which means that users can enjoy creating unlimited effects combinations. Effects are selected using animated icon button which provides a convenient visual explanation of the effect, resulting in instant selection of the best effects by DJ’s for their performances.<\/p>\n

c. View still images from a USB or SD cards with JPEG Viewer Function<\/p>\n

This option enables the users to load up to 8 JPEG images for usage in the Still Image Sampler of the mixer, from external memory sources like SD cards or USB. Users can use these images to produce a creative performance using various effects and other customizable options like looping the JPEGs.<\/p>\n
