I got a Vantec NexStar 3 SATA to eSATA & USB enclosure and it was operating perfectly when connected via eSATA, but when I tried to plug it in via USB, it could not recognize it. Vantec claims that it should be a simple plug-and-play device that will install automatically when connected via USB. But with me, it is not recognising USB device. One of the USB device attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognizing it and saying Unknown Device. It is happening with both Windows XP and Windows Vista. Please suggest the solution.
