I have a usb 1.1 pci host card on my dell laptop and it took forever to move files to hard drive. I just bought a new usb 2.0 pci host card and installed it with the downloaded drivers from there site. I tried it and it is still slow as old usb 1.1. It takes about 3 minutes to move only 80mb. Do I have to uninstall old usb 1.1 drivers to make work? Maybe when I installed the new usb did they may be set up with the old drivers that were already on this computer for the 1.1 version? I am confused please help me out.
