I bought an HD personal media drive which is not working. I tried connecting it to my laptop with the connectors it came with and also tried the same with my desktop computer too. In both of the computers, a message comes up saying USB device not recognized. I have used the drive on both computers before. The white power light comes on and the red light is flashing when itâs connected. Does anyone know how to fix the problem or do I need to get a new one? All my data is stored in it. Please help me out.
