The device is all set to be launched on March 14, 2013 at an event in New York though we have no word of its specifications and design just yet. However, to keep the frenzy going, the company has been letting out bits of information which allows us to be certain that the Galaxy S4 would boast of a Super AMOLED HD touchscreen display spanning over 5 inches that would feature 440 PPI pixel density through the 1920×1080 pixels of resolution.

Running on Android 4.2 Jellybean OS, the device would get 2GB of RAM and Mali-T658 GPU integrated into it that would be paired with a 2.5GHz processor from Snapdragon. Fitted a 2MP camera up front, the device would feature a flash powered 13 MP camera in the rear. With less curvy edges, this flagship device expected to rectangular body according to new leaks announced via Twitter. Software feature on the new device would include features like Eye Scrolling that would essentially allow users to scroll using their eyes.

Of course this could also lead a lot of errors and unnecessary scrolls in the earlier editions of the phone. So far, the phone has been announced with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB storage option versions. Details about pricing and global availability is also expected to be disclosed at the press event itself or at a later date depending on the information released for specific markets. However, since most of these “leaked bits of info” are unofficial, these can be vastly different from what the phone actually boasts of when it launches on March 14, 2013.
