I want to know do unlocked cell phones work for all cell phone carriers/networks if given a SIM card. As I am in need of a new cell phone badly, so I talked to my dad and he refused to buy a new one from T mobile. I’m looking at unlocked/jail-broke phones on Amazon.com. But I just want to make sure. No matter who’s the maker of the phone or what cell phone carrier/network, just wanted to know can an unlocked phone be used on any network or not. Please help?
