Holistic Wellness Retreat at The Farm at San Benito<\/strong><\/p>\n

Event Date: November 19-24, 2023<\/span><\/p>\n

Event Fee: USD 2500<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Co-organizers:<\/strong> Dr Prem and Associates and My Global Life (LLC), hosted by The Farm at San Benito, Philippines<\/span><\/p>\n

By participating in the Holistic Wellness Retreat at The Farm at San Benito, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Payment and Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Full payment of USD 2500 is due upon booking.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellations made after 40 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellations made more than 40 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Payment Details:<\/strong> You may make payment to either of the below accounts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

USD payments will be collected by My Global Life, LLC.<\/span><\/p>\n

INR payments will be collected by Dr Prem and Associates.<\/span><\/p>\n

Philippines Peso will be collected by The Farm at San Benito, Philippines.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Limitation of Liability:<\/strong> The organizers, co-organizers, and presenters disclaim liability for any loss, damage, injury, or health issues arising from attendance or participation in the event. In general, organizers do not accept any liability, in any case, for whatever reason, liability will be limited to the amount of the registration fee paid, minus applicable expenses.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Right to Modify Event Schedule, deliverables or Itinerary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event’s schedule, speakers, or activities. Changes may be made without prior notice or with advance notice, depending on the circumstances and feasibility for the organizers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Event Cancellation by Organizers:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Should the organizers cancel the event, all registered participants will receive a full refund. This decision will be made only under essential circumstances, aligning with our ethical and transparent practices.<\/span><\/p>\n

Media Release:<\/strong><\/p>\n

By attending the event, you grant permission to the organizers to use your likeness in photographs, videos, or other digital media for case studies, education and promotional purposes. Please be informed we do not have the option to entertain any exclusions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
