However, the best way to deal with such a situation is to just let it pass. Be a witness to what all is happening around without putting even a scintilla of blame on yourself, or anyone else, or even your luck. As the simple logic goes, such things haven\u00e2\u0080\u0099t been happening everyday; so they won\u00e2\u0080\u0099t last long either. You may feel like having a good cry, breathing deeply, stretching, sitting alone, or even punching in the air. Both ways, your productivity takes a beating and adds to the overall burden. Be it office, or home, after a point of having faced a bad day, you feel you have become so stressed out to be able to carry on with any work. Relax. Put off all that you were supposed to do today until tomorrow. Spend time to calm your mind.<\/p>\n<p>A mere acceptance that it\u00e2\u0080\u0099s not your day can lift your mind and make you feel light . From medical point of view it is suggested that you take deep breaths to ease out the nerves of your brain. Going for a walk alone and listening to music that soothes the soul are also of great help. Meditate once in a while. And drink lots of water when you feel you are getting too worked up. Everyone has their own ways to de-stress.
