\u201cWhat do you do all day long? I go to my office and work like a mule just to make sure I fulfil all the necessities of the entire family. You sit all day long and read silly magazines,\u201d the husband argued.<\/p>\n

\"husband<\/a>His wife was shocked to know since she thought he knew that she had a lot of work at home. She thought for a moment and said, \u201cYou are not the only one who works hard. I also have a lot of work at home. It\u2019s not easy to manage the household stuff along with three kids who are always after your life. Stay at home for an entire day and you will get to know the reality.\u201d<\/p>

The husband finished his breakfast, took the last sip of the coffee and said, \u201cDon\u2019t try to make me a fool. It is much easier to handle three kids as compare to the meetings where your manger is sitting right there in the front row to eat you alive. You always come up with the same excuse, don\u2019t you? \u201d<\/p>\n

\"car\"<\/a>The husband grabbed his car keys and took off without saying good-bye to his wife and kids.<\/p>

When he came back in the evening, he witnessed something strange. He saw that the newspaper was still lying there in the porch, the kids who had not taken a bath were running around and the dog food was spilled all over the place. He went inside the kitchen and saw that it was a complete mess. The living room looked like a children\u2019s park with his three kids playing with their toys.<\/p>\n

He went upstairs and saw that his wife was still in her nightgown watching her favourite TV series. The moment he stepped in she said, \u201cWelcome back sweetheart, you came five minutes early. How was your day?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOh my goodness, what happened here? It looks as if there was an earthquake here a few minutes ago, \u201cthe husband asked.<\/p>\n

\"<\/a>\u201cOh, it\u2019s not like that. You are always under the implication that I sit idle all day long and do nothing so I thought I should let you have an answer to your million-dollar question,\u201d the wife said in a mild tone.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday I just didn\u2019t do anything. How does it look?\u201d she asked.<\/p>\n

Most of the husbands always think that they contribute the most in family life and forget that their respective partners also play an equal role. Those wives who stay at home also have their share of responsibilities so you must not take them for granted.<\/p>\n
