Mark used to work hard all day long, as he was an assistant manager in a multinational organization. His son Albert was already eight. Every day when Mark would reach home Albert would ask him to play football with him. Mark really enjoyed Andrew\u2019s company but his workload kept him engaged even at home. On a Sunday morning when Andrew got up, he knew that his father was home. He came running towards him and said, \u201cDad, we\u2019ll play football all daylong today.<\/p>\n

Mark had a lot of work to finish so he gave Andrew a tight hug and said, \u201cSon I have a lot of work to do today. Would you go and play with your mommy for a while.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBut she is already in kitchen making breakfast for all of us,\u201d Andrew replied.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll right, you can watch cartoon until I finish my work, \u201cMark said.<\/p>\n

Andrew made a face, looked at his father with surprise and said, \u201cNo dad, I don\u2019t want to watch cartoon since it\u2019s Sunday today. Let\u2019s play football dad, please.\u201d<\/p>

Mark did not know how to deny a request of his cute son but he didn\u2019t want to take another day to finish his work since he had an important meeting the following day. All of a sudden, he thought of an idea, he picked up the magazine lying on his study table, turned over a few pages and took out the world map. He tore that piece paper in different shapes and size. Andrew was observing him keenly as he really wanted to spend some quality time with his father.<\/p>\n

\u201cHere you go. We have a world map here, which is torn into different shapes. All you have to do is to place it together in one piece. The moment you finish the task, we will go to the backyard and play football.\u201d<\/p>\n

Andrew was happy as he knew he would put the map together in no time. He went inside his own room and came back in a few minutes. Mark at once took the map and had a look at it. He was amazed to know that it was perfectly fine.<\/p>\n

\"Little<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat did you do? How did you put the map together within a few minutes?\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh, it was nothing dad. There was a man\u2019s face on the other side of the map. I collected all different shapes and made the man\u2019s face,\u201d Andrew replied with a big smile on his face.<\/p>\n

We all face such situations in everyday life. There is no problem that does not have a solution; you only need to change the perspective to look at it.<\/p>\n
