How to stimulate fast and thick growth of facial hair

Every man out there would want to sport full facial hair in order to project his masculinity, ruggedness and power. However, getting there is not that easy a task. Sporting even a tiny mustache and beard would take plenty of time and patience on a man’s part. Though the thickness of the facial hair and the rate at which it grows can be largely attributed to individual genes, there are certain remedies that can help men attain thick facial hair very quickly.

Step 1: Eat Well and Rest Properly

A healthy body would translate to healthy facial hair. The healthier your body is, the healthier your facial hair would be; meaning the faster it would grow. So make it a point to eat well and have proper rest every day in order to achieve the same. Include foods like eggs, fishes and beans in your diet, and take plenty of rest at night. In addition to keeping your body healthy, this would reduce stress, which is considered a major reason for hair fall.

Step 2: Take Vitamin and Mineral Supplements

The growth of facial hair can be further facilitated by taking mineral and vitamin supplements, like biotin, flax seed oil, nettle, beta-carotene, and vitamins B6, C and E. Discuss with your doctor before opting for the necessary supplements needed to improve the thickness of your facial hair.

Step 3: Resist Itching

It would take a good 4 weeks or more for your beard or moustache to grow in completely. This means you would have to endure the urge to shave off your facial hair in order to control the itching you would experience these 4 weeks. Once the hair starts growing in, it would become softer and would stop itching. So remain firm on your goal to grow facial hair and resist the itching temptation.

Step 4: Design according to Genetics

The thickness of your facial hair would depend on your genetic traits to an extent. Chances are you can grow a complete facial beard that can cover your neck and cheekbones completely. However, if you find that you are unable to grow a complete facial beard, and spot thin spots in between, consider opting for a moustache or goatee.
