Take care of yourself
Depressive thoughts, lowered resiliency may be a result of neglecting and overworking the body. Moreover a tired and malnourished mind and body is much more susceptible to depressive trends. To cope up with depression good sleep is very essential. Sleep makes the body healthy and balanced. It is very important to give the mind and body adequate time to sleep, rest and recuperate.
