Type 2 Diabetic Diet Plan
The diet plan for Type 2 diabetics is designed to reduce the weight. For this purpose, fiber rich foods, Omega 3 containing foods, carbohydrates and healthy fats containing foods can be included in the diet plan. Meals containing high levels of cholesterol, sodium and fats should be ignored.
Diabetic patients are recommended to eat in small quantities. The patient's body is able to control glucose levels if the body receives food in low quantity.

- 2 4Â½ in waffles
- 1 cup of yogurt
- Â¾ cup of blackberries
- 1 cup of tea or coffee
- 1 cup of beans
- 12 crackers
- Half cup of broccoli or half cup of cauliflower
- 1 diet soda
- 1 hamburger bun for a 4 oz hamburger. You can have 1tbs ketchup, 2 tomato slices and 2 lettuce leaves.
- 1 cup celery sticks
- Skim milk
