The blood type diet has been formulated by Peter D’Adama, a naturopathic physician in his book called ‘Eat Right 4 Your Type’.  D’Adama claims that following a diet based on blood type is a very important factor that leads to good health. There is a distinct diet that should be followed by people of different blood types and the same goes for people with the blood type A+.

Each person has a unique genetic makeup with blood playing the common role between all people. The blood type has particular characteristics that are passed on to us from one generation to another. Blood type ‘O’ has been related to the early meat eaters of the human race.
