It is a story about a young boy and his friend, a tree. The tree gives everything to the boy as he grows until there is nothing of the tree except a stump. The story comes with a moral lesson of generosity and kindness. It also conveys the love a parent bears for their child.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Charlotte\u2019s Web by E.B. White<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Charlotte\u2019s Web is a great story which has a central theme of friendship and survival. The story is about a young girl who befriends and adopts animals like Charlotte the spider and Wilbur the pig. When they find out that the father of the girl is going to slaughter the pig, the animals and the girl work together to come up with a plan to save him.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Corduroy by Don Freeman<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Corduroy is a teddy bear who somehow gets stuck at a department store after it has closed. In his pursuits of finding his lost button, Corduroy finds a new home. The tale delivers the lesson that one should not be prejudiced.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Green Eggs And Ham by Dr. Seuss<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the story, Sam-I-am constantly asks the unnamed narrator to try green eggs and ham. But the unnamed narrator says that he doesn\u2019t like them and so he doesn\u2019t want to try them. She loves him from the very beginning of his life till he is a grown man. Parents disapproved of the book but it could not stop the book from being highly popular among children.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The book with its interesting pictorial depiction tells about a caterpillar\u2019s journey in becoming a butterfly.
