Some people thought that the melting of ice was spectacular.<\/p>\n<p>I think calling this &#8216;spectacular&#8217; would be undermining the event.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Researchers think there is more reasons behind the ice to melt than just simple man made climate change<\/strong>. That&#8217;s why this calls for yet another research.<\/p>\n<p>Technically, climate change only causes a fraction of the ice to melt away. Huge changes in the ice shelfs must be due to a different reason. The cause of this kind of ice melt can be attributed to human beings.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of pollution from auto emissions and plastic (human contribution), global warming is on the rise, which increases the ice melt. But, scientists fear that the melting ice could result in adding to the global warming.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>only way the ice melt could be prevented is by putting a curb on greenhouse gases as well as emissions<\/strong>. Also, a huge amount of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/environmentNews\/idUSL0214919320071002?feedType=RSS&amp;feedName=environmentNews&amp;pageNumber=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">political attention<\/a> has been given to the this issue.
