This is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/apps\/news?pid=20670001&amp;refer=canada&amp;sid=aeVc8hq.DMng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proving the predictions<\/a> of the groundhog for an early spring int he city is proving wrong.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJust on the 10th days of April, temperatures have averaged 42 degrees Fahrenheit (5.5 Celsius), which is about one degree warmer compared to the average for April 1874. It was the the coldest on record<\/strong>, Michael Silva, meteorologist with the National Weather Service&#8217;s Upton, New York, station said.<\/p><div class=\"38520354a5201685ddf480eec688e1a7\" data-index=\"2\" style=\"float: none;
