Of course you can look at technology, you can look at policies, but what is an extremely powerful message in this report, is the need for human society as a whole to start looking at changes in lifestyles and consumption patterns.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The report warns that <strong>emissions should cut down by 2015, so that the world&#8217;s temperature does not rise beyond two degrees Celsius above pre-industrial age levels. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>So, its time to gear up and take practical initiatives in each individual&#8217;s own way, than to attend seminars and getting research papers published &#8211;
