They are now trying to go a step forward trying to find out, what&#8217;s happening up there in between the clouds and the sun.<\/p>\n<p>To the surprise of both the researchers in U.S. and Israeli, they have discovered a <strong>&#8220;twilight zone&#8221;<\/strong> in the area between clouds and the sun, which are said to be made of particles that are &#8216;neither wet nor dry&#8217;.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nThe 60 percent of the atmosphere labeled as cloud-free, is actually found to be filled with this twilight zone of in-between particles<\/strong>, as been observed by satellites. Thanks to the scientists from Israel&#8217;s Weizmann Institute and NASA&#8217;s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md.<\/p>\n<p>Goddard&#8217;s Lorraine Remer in a release said,<\/p><div class=\"38520354a5201685ddf480eec688e1a7\" data-index=\"2\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\r\n     data-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-9477973674766713\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"8885944693\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n\n<blockquote><p>With the highly sensitive Earth-observing instruments NASA has used since 2000, we can distinguish aerosols and clouds in greater detail than ever before.But the area around clouds has given us trouble. The instruments detected something there, but it didn&#8217;t match our understanding of what a cloud or an aerosol looked like.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Trying to explain the zone, Remer addresses this as <strong>a &#8216;could be&#8217; transitional zone.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>It is perhaps where; the clouds that begin to form die away.
