This is near to forming molasses!<\/p>\n<p>With his results standing at odds with long-held beliefs about water, Landmann directing the team of physicists simulating the experiment, said,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The literature almost uniformly said that water doesn&#8217;t layer. Without direct evidence it was inferred that water would behave differently from those liquids that do.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Fascinating in itself, the new discovery can be applied in fields ranging from pharmaceuticals to nanotechnology.
