And the latest to feel its fury is Chiapas State, Mexico. Panic and chaos prevailed when 6.1 magnitude earthquake struck the region on July 6. As a precautionary measure people rushed outside from their home. The epicenter was about 25 miles from the state capital Tuxtla Gutierrez. Though no casualty has been reported so far but some buildings and business establishments have been evacuated and people are being forced to seek shelter outside. In 2005 the same region has badly hit by Hurricane Stan.
