The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.claytonihouse.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">i-house<\/a> incurs a monthly energy cost of only under $70. The house consists of a smaller i\u2013house and a larger one. The smaller i-house costs $74,900 with area coverage of 723 square feet. It accommodates one bedroom and one bathroom only. The larger i-house costs $93,300, with area coverage of 1,023 square feet. It comes with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both the houses can be configured in at least seven different ways depending on three flex structures and different sizes of porches.
