It aims at what nations worldwide deem unachievable, i.e. carbon neutrality. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chester.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The University of Chester<\/a> says that the village has reduced its carbon footprint by a massive 23%. Gary got ample support from Roy Alexander, the professor of Environmental Sustainability at the University of Chester.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"ashton hayes 2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greendiary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/ashton-hayes-2_hRtVx_11446.jpg\" alt=\"ashton hayes 2\" \/><br \/>\nThe duo maturely informed people on global warming, shared opinions and affected behavioral changes among the inhabitants. Accordingly, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defra.gov.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DEFRA<\/a> extended a \u00a326,500 grant under the Tomorrow\u2019s Climate, Today\u2019s Challenge Program. The Cheshire Community also raised finances amounting to \u00a31000.
