Still, it&#8217;s an arduous task and that&#8217;s the reason it took the Kreta Ayer-Kim Seng Citizens&#8217; Consultative Committee and Chinatown Point nearly 2\u00bd months to create the lantern.<\/p>\n<p>The Singaporean Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, Dr. Yacoob Ibrahim, unveiled it yesterday.
