He led the UK delegation at the discussions. Later, he worked with the Foreign Secretary and the Secretary of State for the Environment to develop the UK\u2019s post-Kyoto schema. His 40 years as an MP were full of concern for environment and climate change. It\u2019s preserved in the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/European_Convention_on_Human_Rights\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Convention on Human Rights<\/a> and this is what the Prescott school tour wishes to project at the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/United_Nations_Climate_Change_Conference_2009\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UN Climate Change Conference<\/a> in Copenhagen in December.
