The German company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eon.com\/renewables\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">E.ON Climate and Renewables (EC&amp;R)<\/a> dedicated it to the public this Thursday. The entire production cost $1 million and 3 years toward its conclusion.
