Located at the foothills of Boedigheim, Germany, the 9-meter-high structure was completely made using recycled and renewable materials, including locally sourced and sustainably harvested woods.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greendiary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/fieldchapel2_wqrE4_24429.jpg\" alt=\"fieldchapel2\" title=\"fieldchapel2\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The amazing open-air chapel was shaped using a CNC machine to cut each piece in a manner that minimized construction waste. Bricks used to pave the tower platform were left over from a nearby construction project, and the gravel for the chapel\u2019s forecourt was dredged from a nearby river.
