A team of efficient designers came together to create a brilliant design that was presented in front of the Ketchum City Council for consideration. According to the proposed design, the four-story office building will have LEED-certified design, receding stacked floors, solar panels on roof, green roofs and 10,000 feet of exterior garden space. The proposal presented to the Ketchum City Council on Monday left all the members thoroughly impressed.
