It is time for my child to get some toddler nutrition. He just loves junk food and I think he has had enough for now. He is 4 years old, I need to give him some really healthy food, what do you suggest I give. I want a list of foods which are considered nutritious for kids. All the nutrients should be available, and I want something which kids like a lot and don’t make a fuss about eating. My kid does love to eat just not his regular food.
