I want to know after giving birth how much time should I wait to get rid of my baby weight. Can I start exercising immediately? Does yoga help reduce the weight fast? Where is the baby weight actually seen? What if I do not get rid of it by exercising or yoga even. Does it naturally get lost? Cause I have never been such a weight gainer any way. My metabolism rate has always been high. So it is possible it would change after pregnancy?
