Rapid and uncontrollable growth of cells on the cervix is the cause of the cervical cancer. The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is the cause of most cervical cancers. Certain components of the fruits and vegetables like folate, flavonoids, carotenoids inhibit the HPV infection. An expert form the American Dietetic Association says that a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans is beneficial in fighting against cancer.

Foods Rich in Folate

The occurrence of cervical cancer in the people infected with HPV is minimized when food rich in folates is included in the diet. The easiest way to boost your immunity against cancer is by having tea, even ice-test has the same benefits.

Along with the diet that would help in fighting against cervical cancer, Human Papillomavirus vaccination is also important.
