West Africans takes zero measure to prevent this epidemic till it strikes them dead.<br \/>\nWith 270 deaths few weeks back, the figure has swapped to 720 and W. Africans still find their bliss in complete ignorance of hygiene and proper water distribution. The authorities are now seeking help of 1.2 million euros (US $1.44 million) for medicines and means to improve sanitation.
