The destruction that the migration of the doctors is causing to the poor countries is a matter of concern. <br \/>\nHigh paying salaries has not only taken away potential healthcare workers, it has striked the roots of  slackened healthcare system of  the poor countries. Moreover, migration also causes a risk to the integrity and safety of the health care workers in the developing countries.
