May be they adopt a different lifestyle, which does not give them much time or inclination to ponder over their health, another factor may be the kind of perspective and awareness they have towards MoTs. Whatever, it may be men with a family history of diseases, I am not neglecting the ones who have a good physique, should avoid health risks in future.
