The Scottish Medicines Consortium has feels that the drug has been rejected because of its cost effectiveness and its failure to prove as a competent drug for curing prostate cancer.<br \/>\nNHS has earlier delayed in making cancer drugs accessible to people and now the only hope of a cancer patient&#8217;s survival is denied to him. It will be difficult for the patients to pay &pound;10,000, for the drug.
