In case you do not know, she is one of the seven young patients who have received a lab-grown bladder. What is so unique about this is that the bladder was fully grown in a lab. By taking a very small portion of the patient&#8217;s tissue from their existing bladder they grow the new bladder and it&#8217;s muscle cells in an incubator and after few weeks the full grown organ is ready to be implanted.
