Progeria, still not known by everyone! This is an atypical and inoperable genetic disease. Only 48 cases have been detected worldwide till now. But in Calcutta’s Institute of Child Health, the doctors found the only family in the world to have more than one cases of progeria. Yes, a mother had given birth to 5 affected children.<\/p>

A single minute defect in the child’s genetic code caused this destructive disease. If a is child born with this disease he will be dead by the age of 13. Their body develops the aging process very quickly. It develops the premature baldness, diseases, thinning bones and several other physical problems which usually crop up in old age.<\/p>\n

The family has been filmed for a documentary also. It was a practice to describe the world to solve this brainteaser and distressing disease.<\/p>\n
