Deep open injury sometimes causes tetanus. It spoils the nervous system and results in muscle ripple and jaws cramps. This is a bacteria caused disease.<\/p>\n

Headache and minor muscle spasms in the jaw are the minor symptoms. According to the Director of Health Promotion and Education in the US, severe muscle spasms of the arms, legs, neck and stomach may be the sign of developing of tetanus. It takes two weeks time to appear the symptoms.<\/p>

Tetanus patients, who survive, may face therapy for long time and risk of complications like high blood pressure, breathing problem, pneumonia, irregular heartbeat and fracture.<\/p>\n

Regular immunization is the best way to be protected from tetanus. So when you suffer a minor injury, just get a tetanus vaccine.
