Good news<\/strong> for the patients with eye cancer, retinoblastoma.<\/strong> Actually, researchers at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital have come out with a new treatment that is capable of treating retinoblastoma.<\/strong> Through this treatment, researchers are confident that they can reduce the size of the tumor<\/strong> largely and another interesting thing about this new treatment is that it does have minimal side effects.<\/strong> The good thing about this new treatment is that it can also be beneficial for the patients with breast, prostate and colon cancer. <\/strong><\/p>

According to an estimate every year, about 5,000 children are engulfed by retinoblastoma that comes out of immature retina<\/strong>. Retina<\/strong> is that part of our eye that detects light and color. Retinoblastoma was by now irremediable but with this newly emerged treatment I think many patients suffering from retinoblastoma will take a sigh of relief. Because this treatment will not be very expensive therefore, it would be easy for the developing countries to have it.<\/p>\n
