If you wish to give up alcohol-drinking<\/strong> habit then your efforts for doing this can become easier because a new study by the Australian researchers has developed a drug, which is claimed to be containing such a compound that blocks the euphoric ‘high’ associated with getting drunk.<\/p>\n

During trials on alcoholic mice, it was found that mice that were given this drug never turned back to alcohol while other mice who were not provided with this drug kept on drinking.<\/p>

Actually, this drug works on a particular area of our brain, which handles our drinking and eating habits and due to this very reason researchers are also not denying the possibility that this drug might be used to treat eating disorders, which is fast growing as a common problem and results in several health related problems like heart disease, hormone changes, digestive problems, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, type 2 diabetes, gallbladder disease, etc.<\/p>\n
