That should make it easier to fit it into your schedule, and you\u2019re more likely to stick to it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meditate when you first wake up<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Making meditation a part of your morning routine is an excellent way to make sure that you don\u2019t end procrastinating. Not only that but it\u2019ll make you feel more alert, refreshed and prepared for the day ahead.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Find a quiet space<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you first start out, all you really need is a quiet space that minimizes potential distractions. That in turn will help you to stick to the commitment and make it more likely that you make an effort to meditate daily.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Find what works for you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Just as there is no \u2018best\u2019 form of meditation, there is no \u2018right\u2019 or \u2018wrong\u2019 either \u2013 and as you start to learn and try out different forms, you will be able to find what works for you. Think of it as a journey of discovery \u2013 it doesn\u2019t matter so much where you start, but rather that you gradually find where you want to end up.<\/p>\n<p>By taking these steps, you should find it much easier to <a href=\"https:\/\/msia.org.au\/how-to-meditate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">learn how to meditate<\/a>.
