While this could be great news for you and your family, it’s quite the opposite for the government and insurance companies. The improved mortality rate could cost the companies £160,300 per person. The government not only has to worry about the pension deficit crisis, but also has to find ways to tackle the growing number of elderly patients.

\nThe increasing number of obese senior citizens is another cause for concern as the health authorities have to deal with obesity-related health problems and will have to increase the number of public hospitals to tackle this problem. Depressed elderly patients seeking help is also the rising worry of the authorities.<\/p>\n

If you would like to celebrate your 100th birthday, start taking care of your health and finances when you are young instead of waiting for the government or any other source to come to your rescue. After all, if you lived a king’s life all through, you mustn’t end up a miser!<\/p>\n
