Although you will lose weight after this rapid diet, unfortunately you will get it back when you return to the old eating habits.<\/p>\n<p>Still the diet is recommend when you need to go at a special event, after the holidays to get back in shape and whenever you consider it\u00a0necessary without abusing it.<\/p>\n<p>Here is what you need to eat:<\/p>\n<p><b>DAY 1<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Breakfast\u00a0&#8211;<br \/>\nBlack coffee or tea or water<br \/>\n1\/2 Grapefruit or Juice<br \/>\n1 slice toast with 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter<\/p>\n<p>Lunch &#8211;<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup of Tuna<br \/>\n1 slice toast<br \/>\nBlack coffee or tea or water<\/p>\n<p>Dinner &#8211;<br \/>\n3 oz. any lean meat<br \/>\n1 cup green beans<br \/>\n1 cup carrots<br \/>\n1 cup vanilla ice cream<br \/>\n1 medium apple<br \/>\nBlack coffee or tea or water<\/p>\n<p><b>DAY 2<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Breakfast &#8211;<br \/>\nBlack coffee or tea or water<br \/>\n1 egg (any style)<br \/>\n1 slice toast<br \/>\n1 banana<\/p>\n<p>Lunch &#8211;<br \/>\n1 cup 2% cottage cheese<br \/>\n5 saltine crackers<br \/>\nBlack coffee or tea or water<\/p>\n<p>Dinner &#8211;<br \/>\n2 beef franks or hot dogs<br \/>\n1\/2 cup carrots<br \/>\n1 banana<br \/>\n1 cup broccoli or cabbage<br \/>\n1\/2 cup vanilla ice cream<br \/>\nBlack coffee or teaor water<\/p>\n<p><b>DAY 3<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Breakfast &#8211;<br \/>\nBlack coffee or tea or water<br \/>\n5 regular saltine crackers<br \/>\n1 oz.(slice) cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1 small apple<\/p>\n<p>Lunch &#8211;<br \/>\n1 hard boiled egg<br \/>\n1 slice toast<br \/>\nBlack coffee or tea or water<\/p>\n<p>Dinner &#8211;<br \/>\n1 cup tuna<br \/>\n1 cup carrots<br \/>\n1 cup cauliflower<br \/>\n1 cup melon<br \/>\n1\/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream<br \/>\nBlack coffee or tea or water<\/p><div class=\"4a90ee8f0cea4b4c96057cc051b7c66d\" data-index=\"2\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/drprem.com\/medical-tourism\/marketing\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/drprem.com\/medical-tourism\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2021\/12\/Medical-Tourism-Post-Ad-2.jpg\"><\/a>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t like some of the ingredients above the list of food substitutions might come in handy.<\/p>\n<p><b>INSTEAD OF:<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tea\/coffee &#8211; Any kind of tea or coffee is allowed or you can simply drink water instead.<\/li>\n<li>Cheddar\/ Cottage Cheese &#8211; 2 eggs or 2 ounces of ham cold cuts<\/li>\n<li>Apple &#8211; A pear, a peach, a nectarine, a grape<\/li>\n<li>Carrots &#8211; A small beet root salad or a bell pepper salad<\/li>\n<li>Green beans &#8211; Same amount of spinach or tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>Broccoli &#8211; Same amount of brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage<\/li>\n<li>Egg &#8211; 1 chicken wing, a cup of milk, 2 slices of bacon<\/li>\n<li>Ice cream &#8211; Same amount of frozen yogurt, fruity yogurt<\/li>\n<li>Peanut Butter &#8211; Any seed butter<\/li>\n<li>Tuna &#8211; Same amount of cottage cheese, tofu, pumpkin seeds, 30 almonds or peanuts<\/li>\n<li>Hotdogs &#8211; 1\/2 cup of beans\/lentils<\/li>\n<li>Toast &#8211; 5 crackers, 1\/2 protein bar, 1\/2 cup of whole grain cereals<\/li>\n<li>Banana \u00a0&#8211; 2 apricots, 1 kiwi, one cup of papaya sliced<\/li>\n<li>Grapefruit &#8211; Drink 1\/2 teaspoon of baking soda dissolved in water a half hour before eating any other fruit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Diet additional allowed:<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\n&#8211; Lemon<br \/>\n&#8211; Salt\/pepper (just a dash)<br \/>\n&#8211; Mustard<br \/>\n&#8211; Gum\/mints (sugar-free)<\/p>\n<p>This diet is known as the <b>Military diet<\/b> not because it&#8217;s hard to follow, but because it demands you to do some exercise for better results. In the army you don&#8217;t find those people sitting on their rumps!<\/p>\n<p>Try to incorporate 1 hour of exercise on at least two of the days when you are dieting.
