I was trying to make the authentic italian pizza but I don&#8217;t understand why can&#8217;t I get the toppings and the mix right. I made the dough at home which is coming out soft cooked and crusty but I am struggling with pairing brie, and virgin olive oil to make some modern versions of italian pizza? I am also using all the four mozzarella, percorino, parmesan and gorgonzola.
