I am a fourteen year old school girl, I was learning synchronized swimming when I got this arm and chest injury. Although the nature of the injury is not very serious but it has put me on bed rest. I want to want to now recover in three months time and am looking forward to some recovery drinks that can help a speedy recovery. Can you suggest some effective recovery drinks?
