Now you need to add sugar and honey to the melted butter in the sauce pan. The butter, sugar and honey needs to be whisked till the sugar melts and blends properly. Keep the blended mixture on the flame for about 2 minutes. Now take the saucepan off the flame. To the blended mixture in the saucepan, add the all-purpose flour, the kept aside nut mixture and salt. Bake the cookies until they are dark golden brown. The batter of the cookies will flatten into a thin crisp layer. It will take about 10 to 12 minutes for the baking procedure to complete. The cookies then need to be slid over the parchment paper. The parchment paper needs to be placed on a wired rack. Allow the cookies to cool.

5. Coat with chocolate

To coat your cookies, you need melted chocolate. Now once these cookies have cooled they are ready to be coated. With the help of a pastry brush, coat half the cookie with melted chocolate. It will take about 2 hours for the chocolate to set. You can store these cookies in an airtight container. Just add wax paper between the cookies to store them.

Name of the dish: Almond-oat lace cookiesAlmond-oat lace cookies are a European treat.
