Bonfire bangers and beans<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19944\" src=\"https:\/\/drprem.com\/culinary\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2015\/05\/Parsley-leaves.jpg\" alt=\"Fresh herbs from garden\" width=\"600\" height=\"410\" srcset=\"https:\/\/drprem.com\/culinaryguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2015\/05\/Parsley-leaves.jpg 600w, https:\/\/drprem.com\/culinaryguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2015\/05\/Parsley-leaves-300x205.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cooking oil \u2013 3 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>Onion \u2013 1, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>Celery sticks \u2013 2, chopped<\/p>\n<p>Tomato puree \u2013 1 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>Dark brown sugar \u2013 2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Worcestershire sauce \u2013 2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Red peppers \u2013 2, deseeded, chopped<\/p>\n<p>Rashers streaky bacon \u2013 4, chopped<\/p>\n<p>Thyme springs \u2013 2<\/p>\n<p>Dijon mustard \u2013 2 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Tomato \u2013 2x400g cans<\/p>\n<p>Cannellini beans can \u2013 2x400g<\/p>\n<p>Herby sausages \u2013 2x450g packs<\/p>\n<p>Parsley leaves \u2013 to choice<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Heat 2 tbsp oil in a thick bottom pan and fry the onion, celery and bacon till they become slightly soft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Put off the flame and add tomato puree.<\/p>\n<p>Cook for a few minutes and add chopped tomatoes, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, thyme along with 200 ml water. Let the ingredients boil.<\/p>\n<p>Cook for 15 minutes and add beans and peppers.<\/p>\n<p>Simmer for 15 minute. Add water if required.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 190C. Grease the sausages with the remaining oil and spread them on a baking tray. Cook them for 30 min, while turning occasionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Keep the sausages between the beans and cook for 30 minutes more.<\/p>\n<p>Take the pan out, garnish with parsley and serve with hot baked potatoes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Sausage \u2013Provolone Patties with Fried Eggs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19946\" src=\"https:\/\/drprem.com\/culinary\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2015\/05\/Provolone-Patties.jpg\" alt=\"Provolone Patties\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/drprem.com\/culinaryguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2015\/05\/Provolone-Patties.jpg 600w, https:\/\/drprem.com\/culinaryguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2015\/05\/Provolone-Patties-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bacon \u2013 6 ounces, cut into \u00be inch pieces<\/p>\n<p>Pork tenderloin \u2013 \u00be pound, cut into \u00be inch pieces<\/p>\n<p>Garlic \u2013 1 clove, minced<\/p>\n<p>Dried sage \u2013 1 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>Red pepper flakes \u2013 \u00bd tsp<\/p>\n<p>Sugar \u2013 \u00be tsp<\/p>\n<p>Provolone cheese \u2013 \u00bd cup, diced<\/p>\n<p>Cooking oil \u2013 1 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>Eggs \u2013 6-8<\/p>\n<p>Dry white wine \u2013 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>Parsley \u2013 1 tbsp, chopped<\/p>\n<p>Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Cook the bacon in water for 20 minutes and pat it dry. Mix the bacon, wine, garlic, parsley, pork tenderloin, sage, red pepper flakes, sugar, salt and \u00bd tsp pepper and allow it to marinate for 1-4 hours inside the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li>After the marinating is done, transfer this mixture inside a food processor and chop is roughly. Add in cheese and make patties out of the mixture.
