For example a man ate seven sticks of salted butter in 5 minutes. 17.7 pounds of cow brains were eaten in 15 minutes or Four 32 ounce bowls of mayonnaise were eaten in 8 minutes.

Techniques or secrets used by these men– Every participant keeps a cup of water at the counter to dip the competition food. This makes the food soft and well lubricated to masticate faster and swallow it more effortlessly. Any liquid could be utilized for this but more the calories in them it’s tougher to eat more. There is another method in which to break up the food into smaller pieces prior to consumption. This would allow the participant to consume more food into their mouths at one time and also slashes down on mastication time. In case of a hot dog the participant breaks it into half and then puts both the halves into the mouth at one time. Or else, it would become tough to consume the entire hot dog at a time because of the size. Participating men usually eat hot dogs and buns separately.

Willpower– Participants need to have willpower. They need to combat their gag reflexes and their stomach’s usual reaction to such a large amount of food being put into it very hastily. Participants could train their brains to ignore the satiated feeling that comes after consuming large quantities of meal. While taking the water training most participants take in entire gallon of water in 30 seconds which stretches out the stomach. This is done in order to create space for huge quantities to be consumed in the competition.Finally, if you have the above traits, you too can participate in these competitions but with caution.

Summary– this article is about how men are participating in competitions which serves good food to be consumed within specific period of time.

<div style="font-size: 0px; height: 0px; line-height: 0px;
