This almond flavored delicacy is bound to appeal both grownups and kids.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Method of Preparation<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Serves 4<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Cooking time: <\/b>30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 big potatoes.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cut into fingers.<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup almonds. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Powdered in a mixer.<\/li>\n<li>5 slice brown bread. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Grinded in a mixer to get bread crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp plain flour<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp coriander leaves. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Finely chopped.<\/li>\n<li>Salt as per taste.<\/li>\n<li>Oregano as per taste.<\/li>\n<li>Chili flacks as per taste.<\/li>\n<li>Oil for frying.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Batter:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup wheat flour<\/li>\n<li>10 tbsp cold milk<\/li>\n<li>Approximately \u00bc tsp salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Steps:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b>Mix brown bread crumbs with plain floor.<\/p>\n<p><b>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b>In a large bowl, mix potato fingers with oregano, chilli flacks and salt.<\/p>\n<p><b>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b>Break the brown bread slices into big pieces and grind in the mixer. You will get approximately 2\u00bd cups of bread crumbs.<\/p>\n<p><b>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b>Now add powdered almonds, salt, coriander leaves and bread crumbs to a bowl. Mix well and keep aside.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b>In another bowl, mix all ingredients of batter. Make sure to break all lumps.<\/p>\n<p><b>6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b>Dip the potato in a wheat flour batter and immediately roll into the bread crumb mixture to coat it completely. Do the same with remaining potatoes. Once done, chill in a freezer for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><b>7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b>Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the Goujons until it turns golden brown and crispy.<\/p>\n<p><b>8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b>Drain on paper napkin and serve.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For a healthier version, you can alternatively bake it. For doing that, preheat the oven at 200\u00b0C and bake the goujons for 15-20 minutes or till they are done. Make sure to grease the baking tray.
