Read on.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p><b> <\/b><b>Spinach and Cheddar Souffl\u00c3\u00a9<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The word souffl\u00c3\u00a9 is a past participial of a French verb \u00e2\u0080\u009cSouffler\u00e2\u0080\u009d meaning, \u00e2\u0080\u009cto blow up\u00e2\u0080\u009d or \u00e2\u0080\u009cpuff up\u00e2\u0080\u009d. Same as the meaning of word goes, this dish also puffs up due to the presence of egg whites in it. It is essential that the souffl\u00c3\u00a9 be served immediately as soon as it is taken out of the oven, as it has a tendency to collapse quickly. Souffl\u00c3\u00a9 is a light baked cake that includes egg yolk and egg whites combined with various ingredients like spinach, cheddar and parmesan cheese, berries.<\/p>\n<p><b>Complexity level<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Moderate<\/p>\n<p><b>Time taken<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 hour approximately<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1.   3 tablespoon unsalted butter, keep some extra for greasing the dish<\/p>\n<p>2.   \u00c2\u00bc cup of finely grated parmesan cheese, keep some extra for sprinkling<\/p>\n<p>3.   3 tablespoons of all purpose flour<\/p>\n<p>4.   1 cup scalded milk<\/p>\n<p>5.   \u00c2\u00bc table spoon of nutmeg<\/p>\n<p>6.   A pinch of cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p>7.   Kosher salt<\/p>\n<p>8.   Freshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>9.   4 extra large egg yolks<\/p>\n<p>10.  \u00c2\u00bd cup grated aged Cheddar cheese<\/p>\n<p>11. 1 package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted, squeezed and dried<\/p>\n<p>12. 5 extra large egg whites<\/p>\n<p>13. 1\/8 teaspoon cream of tartar<\/p>\n<p> <b>Method<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li> Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Grease one of the souffl\u00c3\u00a9 dishes with butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly.<\/li>\n<li>Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add flour to it. With a wooden spoon, stir it constantly for two minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Take the saucepan off the heat and add hot milk to it, whisk it so that lumps are not formed.<\/li>\n<li>Add nutmeg, cayenne, \u00c2\u00bd teaspoon of salt and \u00c2\u00bc teaspoon of black pepper. Cook over low heat whisking constantly for one minute until it becomes smooth and thick. Take it off the heat.<\/li>\n<li>While the mixture is hot, mix the egg yolks. Add cheddar, parmesan and spinach and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.<\/li>\n<li>In another bowl (electric mixture bowl) put egg whites, cream of tartar and pinch of salt and beat it with the whisker at a low speed for one minute, on medium speed for one minute and on high speed until it gets firm and glossy peaks are formed.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk one quarter of egg whites into the cheese sauce to lighten, and then fold the rest. Pour the whole mixture into the prepared souffl\u00c3\u00a9 dish, smoothen the top.<\/li>\n<li>Draw a large circle on the top with spatula and place it into the preheated oven. <\/li>\n<li>Turn the temperature of the oven down to 375 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until it gets brown.<\/li>\n<li>Serve immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Tips<\/b><\/p>\n<p>When making in advance, you can prepare this recipe in 3 steps.
